Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats are a great option if you want to try something that is ready as soon as you wake up. These apple cinnamon overnight oats are so delicious, and you will feel like you are eating apple pie for breakfast. It’s a great base for a delicious and nutritious breakfast that will keep you full for a long time.

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Today in stores we can find a large number of ready-made oatmeal, of different flavors. They are all equally beautiful to the eye when we try them. But, let us remember that no dish is as delicious as the one we prepare ourselves with love and care.

If you are a fan of homemade apple pie, this oatmeal will win you over at the first bite, and remind you of the days when as a child you enjoyed the dishes prepared for you by your mothers and grandmothers.

Oatmeal is an ideal choice if you want to start the day with a healthy meal. It is very rich in fiber, which is why it is good to include it in your regular diet. If it is important to you (it is to me), to get a nice contrast while eating, sprinkle the oats with something crunchy like granola, chopped nuts or grated seeds.

Benefits of Daily Consumption of Oats

You should know that oats are whole grains that contain 13 grams of protein in a small portion of half a cup. Oats is full of antioxidants including vitamin E, selenium and phenolic acid. It also contains other nutrients such as vitamin B1, biotin, phosphorus, copper and magnesium among other phytonutrients.

Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, boosts immunity, regulates blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes. An excellent source of fiber that protects against breast cancer.

How To Store Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats?

Put your overnight oats into single-serve jars or airtight containers. As long as there is no fresh fruit in the recipe, overnight oats will stay good in the refrigerator for up to 4 or 5 days.

If you try this Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats, please let me know. Leave a comment and rate it below. I would love to hear feedback from you.
