Energy Dates Chocolate Bar is a pretty simple sweet treat super food to make and you don’t need a lot of ingredient. It’s totally raw so these are made and stored quickly for your daily needs. These little bars are the perfect craving buster. Pack well in lunches, and are best right out of the fridge or freezer. They so taste a whole lot like a candy bar without the guilt.

Energy Dates Chocolate Bar

Homemade Energy Dates Chocolate Bar are becoming increasingly popular. It is because of the price, which can be more favorable than with purchased ones. Also due to the higher percentage of quality ingredients that we know are in the bars. You can consume them as a snack or as a pre-workout meal or some physical activity. It will give you enough energy for the efforts that follow. They are perfect to add to your child’s snack box or to keep as tea-time treat too.

You can create many varieties based on the ingredients you have in your kitchen. Using different types of nuts, dried fruits and additional ingredients.

Toast the Nuts

The taste will be more intense if you toast almonds and hazelnuts, but that makes the recipe more complicated and the preparation takes longer. If you do, put the hazelnuts and almonds in a preheated oven at 300F, and toast them for about 15-20 minutes. Do not overcook them, because in that case they will be bitter. Try both versions, so stick to the one you like best.

About Healthy Ingredients

Snacking on raisins controls the feeling of hunger and makes you feel full. This prevents excessive calorie intake.

Dates are an ideal snack that will provide enough energy for the rest of the day, and due to the wide content of various essential nutrients, dates may be considered almost ideal food. They are super nourishing with huge amounts of health benefits for your body. Dates are a great source of fiber, minerals, and vitamins and are good for your digestion, able to relieve painful constipation, diarrhea, and other intestinal complaints.
